Setting up of a world class Engineering College, with the name Moti Babu Institute of Technology at Forbesganj in 2014 by Amit Kumar (Secretary, Australia Chapter).

Mumbai Chapter

Cancer Patient Assistance

Mumbai Chapter helps and facilitates cancer patients from Bihar who visit Mumbai for treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital. The Mumbai chapter has also established a plotter machine and a "Lok Seva kendra" to help facilitate Bihari people residing in Mumbai.

Rescue & Relief Effort

Shri Obaidur Rahman, Chairman Saudi Arab Chapter helped almost 500 Biharis reach back their home in Aug, 2016 after "Saudi Oger", one the largest company went bankrupt before leaving them barehanded.

Free Eye Care Drive

USA chapter of Bihar Foundation has raised USD 15,000 for a health project aimed at providing needy people in their home state free eye care treatments, including operations in Sri Sai Lions Netralaya in 2018.
